Experiences Worth Sharing (EWS)

Throughout our time in garden farming, learning how to interact with the nature we rely on to thrive in healthy ways, has been a key focus. We have developed and begun to implement our series of practical knowledge and skills learning program. We are calling these, Experiences Worth Sharing.

Become A Seed Saver

Small fruit, blueberries, strawberries, wild grapes and elderberries all rock with antioxidants! But, foraging for wild edibles like chicken of the woods and watercress in the nearby forested wildlife habitat are pretty cool too.
Solar panels, shiitake and oyster mushrooms and windfall renewable energy ( wood supply for heating and fire pit celebrations), are all ways of engaging nature harmoniously.

This is just simply “these little workshops” as Connie refers to them, that have potentially big outcomes for us all in terms of healthy soil, healthy people and food security. Our current “crop” of EWS’s is listed in the link below.

Maribett Farm Connecting with Earth

Experiences Worth Sharing (EWS)

The Maribett Farm is always looking to create meaningful relationships with international farming communities who love to learn about our Experiences Worth Sharing (EWS). Since the farm was established in 1986, we have hosted interns from many different countries who wanted to learn about organic farming and permaculture principles;

Here are some examples of the Maribett Farm’s longterm commitment to international understanding of food sovereignty, climate action through soil regeneration and educational exchanges.
